My name is Clare Obora, a certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Coach, and female bodybuilder with over seven years of experience, but my journey into fitness was born from resilience, not comfort. I was raised in a humble neighborhood in Kenya where safety was not always guaranteed, and as a young girl I turned to training not for aesthetics, but for protection, confidence, and strength. What began as a way to overcome insecurity and fear slowly became a powerful path of self-discovery and transformation. Through discipline, determination, and faith in my own potential, fitness became the tool that shaped not only my body but my mindset and purpose. Today, I dedicate my life to helping others discover that same strength within themselves—using strength training and proper nutrition to build healthier bodies, confident minds, and empowered lives. My story is proof that even the most humble beginnings can grow into a journey of strength, purpose, and unstoppable resilience.
